Guidant Global is delighted to announce a new five-year partnership with the AA.
Guidant Global was appointed in January 2017 following a successful bid for the first-generation outsourced recruitment service, which covers multiple disciplines across the AA’s UK locations. Guidant Global's recruitment service will be delivered via an on-site resourcing team based at the AA’s UK headquarters in Basingstoke.
The AA is one of the UK's best known and most trusted brands. It is the largest breakdown cover organisation in the UK and, in addition, provides a range of services including financial services, insurance, connected technology, motoring services, driving schools and leisure and lifestyle services.
Given the organisation’s strong commitment to innovation it will come as no surprise that the managed service programme will have a particularly strong emphasis on providing IT talent to drive the company’s technology strategy.
Guidant Global's partnership with the AA is based on trust, integrity and shared values. Following its appointment, Craig Morgans Head of Talent Acquisition at the AA commented:
“It’s no secret that the AA is currently on a journey of transformation. As one of the most trusted and recognised brands in the United Kingdom, we want to partner with trusted providers who align with both our ambition and culture.
“We understand that the implementation of a 1st generation MSP brings numerous challenges. Guidant have significant experience in guiding companies through these issues and what stands Guidant apart, is its inclusive, honest approach and desire to be seen as an extension of the internal talent acquisition team. Coupled with an excellent reputation for deliver, it’s this that will ensure our partnership is a success.”
As part of Impellam Group, the UK’s second largest staffing firm, Guidant Global is uniquely placed to draw on the established relationships and expertise of fellow Group companies. Its high-touch model is built on visibility and control, service quality, risk mitigation and cost savings.
Guidant Global's Account Director for the AA, Michael Scullion, comments: “My team’s priority is to make it easier for the AA’s hiring managers to find the right workers quickly and at a cost effective rate. We can only do this by building outstanding relationships with our hiring managers, our candidates and our suppliers. The AA is also firmly committed to diversity and inclusion and we’re excited to use our extensive expertise in this area to support them in building a diverse and innovative workforce.”
