Guidant Global are delighted to be sponsoring the Diversity and Inclusion category at the Good Recruitment Benchmark Summit on 22nd November 2018 in London.
The Summit will present the findings and insights from the Good Recruitment Benchmark programme, the UK’s most relevant, rigorous and extensive Talent Acquisition benchmarking assessment covering all aspects of an employer’s talent acquisition activities.
The event will deliver the most contemporary, data-driven content for any employer looking to improve its resourcing activities, regardless of whether you participated in this year’s programme. With a working lunch, a series of interactive presentations exploring the findings across the key areas of the benchmark programme, a closing keynote from Lord Holmes of Richmond on improving Diversity and Inclusion and a rather swanky cocktail reception this will be a highlight of the resourcing events calendar.
Commencing at midday with a working lunch when the key findings on the inaugural programme will be presented, the afternoon will then split into two streams covering the main aspects of the programme:
- Stream A: Candidate Experience, Effective Supply Chain Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Onboarding
- Stream B: Employer Brand, Recruiting Effectiveness, Youth and Graduate Engagement, Employment Flexibility
Each session will include an initial case study or research-led presentation before allowing delegates to explore the main aspects of the topic in round table discussions
In addition to the headline sponsorship, we are also sponsoring the Diversity and Inclusion session, where our very own Simon Blockley, EMEA Managing Director will be presenting ‘INfluence’, our proactive and innovative approach to driving inclusion and a sense of purpose throughout our workforce and beyond. INfluence aims to educate and upskill Guidant employees in all things inclusion related, giving them the tools and confidence to take a personal stand and further influence their peers, clients, suppliers and candidates to drive diversity and inclusion best-practice.
The day will finish up with coffee and networking break, before a closing key note speech from Lord Holmes of Richmond, who is currently leading a Government commission into how to improve Diversity and Inclusion in the public appointments process.
As we are sponsors we are able to offer our customer discounted tickets. If you like to be part of this unique event, you can register here. If you would to access our client discount code please email me at alexa.bradbury@guidantglobal.com.
