Director, APACDoug’s experience of the workforce solutions industry spans more than 16 years, covering European and APAC territories. As the architect of several large global MSP and RPO programmes, Doug believes that globalisation and localisation are not mutually exclusive, and that together they complement and enhance talent acquisition and engagement. Doug sees continuous improvement as the core of every successful outsourced solution.
SVP, Program ManagementPam leads Guidant’s exploration of how automation, blockchain and other technologies can build upon the existing framework of managed services and recruitment delivery. By focusing on improving both the Guidant customer experience and our operating models, Pam and her team were instrumental in Guidant winning the Best Use of Technology award at TIARA Talent Solutions Awards Europe 2021.
SVP, Program ManagementMike joined Guidant in 2011 to lead on some of our largest MSP programmes. Since then, his responsibilities have grown steadily and now include the management of multiple client programmes and oversight of operations in key US geographies. With more than 20 years’ experience as a talent acquisition leader, Mike now leads our strategy and relationships for our North America clients.

Thanks to her vast industry experience, this now includes a consultative offering and end-to-end contingent labour management. With over 20 years of service in our Staffing and Managed Services divisions, Rebecca has a proven track record for advancing business performance by creating efficiencies and key business metrics.

Mark serves as an executive client representative and escalation point, and ensures we fulfil our promises to stakeholders.
