Guidant Global leader and partners recognised as DE&I influencers by Staffing Industry Analysts

We’re delighted to announce that Beth Armesto, Guidant Global’s Senior Director for Supplier Relationship Management, has been named on the inaugural SIA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Influencers list for the US and Canada.

Beth is recognised for her instrumental roles in nurturing under-represented suppliers to prominence in our supply chain by leading our INfluence Supplier Diversity Program, and in Unity, Impellam NA’s internal employee community for DE&I action and education.

Beth’s recognition comes just a few months after multiple Guidant Global and Impellam Group colleagues were named by SIA as global talent marketplace influencers.

Recognition for our INfluence Workforce Consortium members

We’re also thrilled to see representatives from all three of our INfluence Workforce Consortium members recognised on the list, which is the first of its kind for our industry. These individuals are:

  • Allison Robinson, Founder and CEO at The MOM Project
  • Tinisha Bookhart, Founding Partner, Director of IT Practice at Primary Talent Partners
  • Chad Douglas, Founding Partner and Chief Revenue Officer at Primary Talent Partners
  • Namita Tirath, Chief Customer Officer at Pyramid Consulting.

I’d like to say a huge congratulations to Beth and to Allison, Tinisha, Chad and Namita for this incredible recognition of their great work.

About the SIA DE&I Influencers list

The SIA DE&I Influencers list recognises leaders in organisations who are making diversity, equity and inclusion a focus, and creating real change - whether they work for staffing firms, buyers of staffing services, VMS/MSP/RPO providers, talent platform firms or vendors.

The list isn’t a ranking. Instead, it’s a celebration of those who have made a demonstrable influence on the workforce solutions ecosystem, are having tough conversations about race, gender and equality, and challenging others to think differently.

Commenting on the announcement, SIA editor and publisher, media products, Subadhra R. Sriram, said the 2021 DE&I Influencers:

“... are examining their every action through a diversity lens. They are being featured because for years they have been working tirelessly behind the scenes drawing the industry’s attention to the gaps in our hiring process both within staffing firms and in the workforce at large. Their work is the conduit, drawing attention while providing opportunities to those who fall through the cracks. They have inspired us by their dedication, commitment to a cause and effecting change at a time when diversity was not at the forefront of people’s minds.”
