Guidant Global already had an established partnership with a global Fortune 200 personal care corporation dating back to 2017. Previously focusing only on corporate roles, Guidant is now the client’s MSP for all contingent and Statement of Work (SoW) requirements

When the pandemic hit, the client suddenly needed urgent support to increase temporary headcount to not only ensure business critical production could continue, but also make its operating mills safe during the pandemic. This included ensuring that the company’s mills could continue to operate at full capacity while also implementing the right Covid-safety measures.

Each facility’s multiple entrances had to be covered by a temperature checker who could also ensure that every person entering the building signed a declaration statement. Around 4,000 employees would be in the premises on any given day, working different shift patterns, with the majority of mills operating 24/7.
