Guidant Global, has been recognised by the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) as the best organisation in our class for the third consecutive year.
We celebrate beating off stiff competition to take home the APSCo Award for Excellence in the category of RPO/MSP company of the Year, after judges were impressed by our commitment to ethical practice, demonstrable operational excellence and superior supply-chain engagement strategies.
We also took home the APSCo Award in the same category in 2015 and 2016. The latest win follows a string of accolades the we have celebrated over the past 12 months including the Investors in People Platinum accreditation and making the Sunday Times list of the Best 100 Companies to Work For.
In response, Simon Blockley, Guidant’s Managing Director, commented:
“The APSCo Awards for Excellence have a reputation for being extremely rigorous, the bar is notoriously high and to be recognised just once is no small feat. For our hard work to be validated by independent experts three years running is phenomenal.”
Our success can be attributed to our amazing team. It’s a competitive market and differentiation is very difficult, but our strategy of placing the satisfaction of our key customer groups at the heart of what we do is something that our people passionately deliver – and this is reflected in our impressive net promoter scores and the fact that the majority of our supply partners rate us as the best RPO/MSP they work with. To be accredited in this way, by such a highly respected third party, gives our employees yet another reason to be proud to be part of #TeamGuidant.”
Ann Swain, Chief Executive of APSCo, added:
“Guidant Global is continually breaking new ground around what an RPO/MSP can be. In order to take home the award for best RPO three years on the trot the team has not only demonstrated to our judging panel what it can do for customers beyond filling a place, but also that it is not resting on its laurels.
Ultimately, Guidant Global embodies what it means to be an APSCo member and it is clear that the organisation is promoting best practice APSCo values across the supply chain by supporting suppliers to become better businesses.”
