Brian SIA top 100

Guidant Global COO Brian Salkowski recognised as a staffing industry leader

We’re delighted to announce that Brian Salkowksi, Guidant Global’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), has been named on the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Staffing 100 North America list 2022.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Brian has been included on the list which, this year, recognises staffing industry leaders who navigated the uncertainties of 2021 and are charting a course into the future of workforce solutions.

Brian is joined on the 2022 list by fellow Impellam Group colleagues Claire Marsh, CEO of Impellam Group North America, and Ryan McMahon, President of Lorien North America.

Subadhra Sriram, Editor & Publisher, Media Products at SIA, commented:

“The world of work has undergone a dramatic shift and the task of keeping the workforce motivated and productive has rested with many of the enterprising leaders on the Staffing 100 list. Working relentlessly to move their companies and the workforce solutions ecosystem forward, these intrepid professionals have done what it takes to ensure the workforce solutions ecosystem continues to thrive.”

We’re incredibly proud that Brian has once again been recognised as an industry leader, an achievement that follows similar recognition for our CEO Simon Blockley in October 2021.

Speaking of his inclusion on the 2022 North America list, Brian commented:

“As Chief Operating Officer, I lead the implementation of our strategic vision and operational delivery globally. In 2021, that was arguably a more challenging job than it’s ever been. To have received so much recognition in 2021 from across the industry, whether for our inclusive recruitment practices or our client service approach, is a testament to the entire Guidant Global team and their dedication to helping our customers find a better way to work. I’m honoured to have made the SIA 100 list again this year, and would like to congratulate all those whose contributions to our industry have also been recognized this year.”
