Guidant Global powered by Vertage, has been named as a Leader in two Everest Group assessments: the Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) / Managed Service Provider (MSP) PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026 and the Services Procurement / Statement of Work (SOW) PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2026.
This marks our ninth consecutive year as a Leader in CWM/MSP, a position we have held since 2018, and our sixth consecutive year as a Leader in Services Procurement/SOW, held since 2021.
Why Everest Group's verdict counts
The PEAK Matrix® is one of the most closely watched benchmarks in workforce management solutions. Everest Group maps providers on market impact and vision and capability, then sorts them into Leaders, Major Contenders and Aspirants.
Everest Group assessed 41 providers in CWM/MSP and 25 in Services Procurement/SOW. Eight were named Leaders in CWM/MSP and five in Services Procurement/SOW. Guidant Global is a Leader in both groups. View the full report.
Being recognized as a Leader once is a result. Being named for nine years running in CWM/MSP and six in Services Procurement/SOW, across two assessments that test different capabilities, shows delivery that evolves as buyer needs change.
Leader in CWM / MSP
Everest Group recognized Guidant Global for the range of its contingent workforce offering, which covers direct sourcing, independent contractor and freelancer management, services procurement and workforce advisory, all backed by a global delivery presence. Referenced buyers pointed to our strategic partnership and consultative approach, our proactive understanding of their business needs, and agile, responsive support with effective issue resolution.
"Guidant Global has built a broad CWM offering spanning direct sourcing, IC/freelancer management, services procurement, and workforce advisory, supported by its global delivery presence and experience across industries and workforce categories," said Lokesh Goyal, Vice President, Everest Group.
"Its investments in consolidating its proprietary technologies into a unified global platform, building a global data lakehouse, and expanding AI and automation across workforce processes have contributed to its positioning as a Leader on Everest Group's CWM/MSP PEAK Matrix® 2026."
Leader in Services Procurement / SOW
The second award reflects a different strength that becomes more significant as more organizations shift spend towards project-based and outcome-led work. For SOW management, Everest Group highlighted Guidant Global's dedicated procurement expertise, paired with category management and project delivery capability.
"Guidant Global combines dedicated services procurement expertise with category management and project delivery capabilities," said Lokesh Goyal, Vice President, Everest Group.
"Its investments in a unified global platform, AI-enabled intake and triage, and partnerships for SOW authoring, workflows, benchmarking, and supplier intelligence have contributed to its positioning as a Leader on Everest Group's Services Procurement / SOW PEAK Matrix® 2026."
What this means for clients
Both recognitions point to one connected approach to managing every type of workforce engagement. For clients that means clearer visibility, tighter control of spend and risk, and faster decisions, whether the work is contingent, or outcome based.
The platform, data and AI investment Everest highlights is the foundation Guidant Global powered by Vertage is building on. Today that includes AI support for intake and triage, classification and compliance, supplier intelligence, rate benchmarking and SOW authoring, with every deployment governed, visible and compliant on a single platform.
"Being named a Leader in both assessments reflects what our teams have delivered for clients over the past year. It also marks a step in our evolution to being powered by Vertage.
Our customers are moving beyond managing workers to orchestrating how work gets done, bringing together employees, contingent talent, service providers and AI agents to deliver business outcomes. We are committed to helping them do that with the visibility, governance and control that drives business performance," said Simon Blockley, CEO, UK & Europe, Vertage.
“More enterprise spend is moving to outcome-led and project-based work, just as AI is changing who and what does that work,” said Claire Marsh, CEO, North America, Vertage. “Meeting that shift takes a single point of intake and governance that helps you act before issues surface. The time to build that foundation is now.”
Looking ahead
Our commitment is to help customers move beyond managing workers to managing the complete set of resources that deliver work and drive business performance. Vertage is the platform we are building to do it. For buyers choosing their next workforce partner, the 2026 PEAK Matrix® results give an independent view of who can manage every type of contingent workforce in one programme.
