We’re delighted to announce that Guidant Global has won MSP of the Year at the APSCo OutSource Awards for Excellence 2022.
These yearly awards celebrate outstanding achievements in the recruitment outsourcing sector. The MSP of the Year award recognises the managed service provider that has most consistently demonstrated the professional values and conduct associated with APSCo OutSource membership and provided exceptional service to their customers throughout the past 12 months.
Ann Swain, Global CEO, The Association of Professional Staffing Companies said: “The judges expressed how apparent it is that this company is both customer and supplier centric. It is clear that ED&I is not a one-off initiative for this organisation but is embedded in the company’s DNA and that investment in their supplier engagement ensures the very best service for their customers.”
This announcement comes at a time where our work has been acknowledged by many other governing bodies and award programs. In the past two months alone, these have included:
• TALiNT Partner’s Highly Commended Employer Brand of the Year
• Named #1 staffing company in the UK
• Everest Group confirming Impellam, LEADER in two highly contested categories
• Finalist for TIARA Diversity Equity and Inclusion Award, and
• We were featured in a question on the BBC TV show ‘Only Connect’ too.
Karina Townley Managing Director Client Services EMEA Guidant Global commented: “This is excellent news and affirmation of the direction we’re heading towards and values we aspire to. Our collaborative approach brings trust, agility and an innovative way of working that our employees and clients relish and thrive within.”
Congratulations to all this year’s entrants and well done to the teams who worked so hard every day to achieve peer recognition and winning results!
