Guidant Global are delighted to announce that our Managing Director of Client Services, EMEA, Karina Townley, has been featured in SIA’s highly-renowned Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing 2019 list.
Now in its fifth year, the list includes 100 of the staffing industry’s most influential women in the Americas and 50 in the global staffing industry.
As Managing Director of Client Services, EMEA at Guidant Global, Karina Townley leads a 200-plus strong team and is responsible for the delivery and growth of Guidant’s MSP/RPO business across Europe.

Karina joined Guidant Global in 2004 in an on-site role. She has been instrumental in leading and growing nearly 75% of Guidant’s MSP and RPO client base and under her stewardship, client programs have won awards at the In-House Recruitment Awards, Recruiter Awards and IRP Awards. Townley is an executive committee member of the Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative (RIDI) and also sits on the APSCo Representative Committee.
