HRO Today honors Guidant Global among the top Managed Service Providers in annual Baker’s Dozen list

Global leader in talent acquisition and managed workforce solutions, Guidant Global, is delighted to announce that 2019 marks the tenth consecutive year, to be ranked among the top organizations on the HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Managed Service Providers (MSP) rankings.

The annual Baker’s Dozen list is published by HRO Today magazine and has become the leading authority for recognizing the top MSPs worldwide. Results of the Baker’s Dozen were based on a customer satisfaction survey completed by organizations that utilize MSP services to rank their experiences and services with their current vendor.

Guidant Global was established in 2018 following the coming together of existing Impellam Group businesses Guidant Global and Bartech. This marks the tenth consecutive year that Guidant Global or the former brands have been recognized to HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen list.

As a result of outstanding customer feedback, Guidant Global earned a spot on the list this year for overall, breadth of service, size of deals the organization manages and quality of services provided to customers and buyers on this elite list that recognizes the top MSPs in the marketplace.

Following the announcement, Simon Blockley, CEO of Guidant Global, commented: “To once again be acknowledged as a global leader in our field is a true honor. Here at Guidant Global we champion a better, more forward-thinking way of working – and it is fantastic to see that our people-centric approach to managed service recruitment is both recognized and valued by our partners.”

About the HRO Today Baker's Dozen ranking

HRO Today Baker's Dozen rankings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated service; the ratings are not based on the opinion of the HRO Today staff. HRO Today collects global feedback annually through an online survey in order to determine an overall ranking, analyze results across three sub categories: service breadth, size and quality. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, calculates scores in all three sub categories as well as the overall. The rankings are based purely on these scores. While HRO Today do not claim that their methodology is the only viable ratings program available, they do vouch for its statistical validity.
