What MARWORKS means for Defence
Defence is changing quickly. Cyber resilience, emerging technology and digital transformation are now at the core of operational readiness, not on the sidelines.
MARWORKS exists to meet that pace, and Carbon60 specialists work directly alongside Naval teams to trial new technology, test ideas under pressure, and turn early concepts into capabilities that can be deployed. The result is an environment built for speed - one that helps Defence make faster decisions and keep improving mission-critical programmes as they go.
The team's role in Trident Sprint shows what happens when industry expertise and Defence priorities point in the same direction.
Shared pride across Impellam Group
An honour like this reflects well beyond the individuals named. It reflects the standard Carbon60, and by extension every business under the Impellam Group banner, holds itself to.
It also builds on Impellam Group’s Gold Award in the UK Ministry of Defence’s Defence Employer Recognition Scheme, recognising its commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant and its ongoing support for veterans, reservists and military families.
Congratulations to Dave, Paul, Darren, Stefan, Geoffrey, Oliver and Mark. Across Impellam Group the mission stays the same - helping organisations in the UK's most demanding environments build the teams and capability they need to deliver.
