Celebrating leadership: Spotlight on Nicole Trudgett and her recognition in the SIA Global Power 150 Women in Staffing

As we begin 2026, we are taking the opportunity to highlight an important achievement for our Chief Operating Officer APAC, Nicole Trudgett, who was named to the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) Global Power 150 Women in Staffing. This recognition celebrates women whose leadership is shaping the future of the staffing industry, and it continues to reflect the influence Nicole brings to Impellam Group, Guidant Global, Comensura, and the wider sector.

A transformational leader in APAC

Nicole’s recognition is grounded in the substantial progress and strategic transformation she has driven across our business. Key highlights of her work include:

  • Successfully delivering two major MSP programs at the same time, one for the world’s largest mining and resources company and another for Australia’s largest international general insurance group. These programs strengthened Guidant Global’s position as a trusted partner and demonstrated the capability of the APAC team.

  • Growing and strengthening the Workforce Delivery Centre in India, now comprising more than 142 specialists supporting sourcing and delivery globally.

  • Advancing supplier diversity, with 15.7% of the MSP supply chain now Indigenous owned, minority owned, women owned or certified social enterprises.

  • Building a strong people culture across APAC, including 100 percent satisfaction and retention in the Customer Experience team, 9.8 percent unplanned attrition and an average employee tenure of 3.7 years.

Reflecting on Nicole’s impact, Mark Coyle, CEO APAC shared: “Nicole’s leadership continues to elevate our APAC business and strengthen the culture that defines us.  This recognition is a testament not only to her achievements, but to the positive influence she has on our people, our customers and the wider industry.”

These achievements continue to guide how we deliver value and evolve our operating model in 2026.

Championing inclusion, community and future leaders

Nicole’s approach to leadership extends far beyond operational delivery. She plays a central role in shaping a more inclusive, equitable and community minded organisation.

Over the past year she has:

  • Led the Asia Pacific Virtuoso Alliance, mentoring emerging leaders and building capability across the region.

  • Continued her involvement in local education and community engagement, driven by a commitment to creating meaningful pathways for young people and inspired by her role as a mother of two daughters.

  • Focused on nurturing diverse talent and strengthening community connections, which remains a defining part of her leadership.

A people centred leadership philosophy

Nicole is widely respected for her authentic, clear and empowering leadership style. She is committed to creating environments where people feel supported, valued and able to grow.

Reflecting on her work in the industry, she shared:

“What I love most about working in the staffing industry is the impact we make for our clients, communities and people. As a mum of two young daughters, I am proud to help shape a culture of inclusion and growth. With the industry evolving through tech, flexibility and purpose driven work, it is inspiring to be part of this transformation.”

Nicole continues to deliver sustained results, including long term customer retention across APAC and a 100 percent NPS score for operational excellence within the CX team.

Catherine William, Head of Operations APAC, notes:

“Nicole brings a rare blend of strategic foresight and operational precision to her leadership. From launching the region’s most impactful workforce delivery centre to embedding inclusive practices across our supply chain, her leadership has reshaped how we deliver value.”
