Waletzke to steer growth of Direct Sourcing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions

Guidant Global, part of Impellam Group, has appointed Scott Waletzke to lead Talent Fulfilment for Guidant Global’s North America portfolio.

As VP of Talent Fulfilment, Waletzke has been tasked with building direct delivery capability across the organization’s well-established MSP and RPO portfolio, elevating its already significant direct sourcing proposition in the market.

Commenting on his new role, Waletzke says he looks forward to collaborating with industry leading colleagues across the Group and creating best in class talent acquisition strategies for customers: “I’m privileged to have been asked to lead and further enhance talent fulfilment and workforce solutions for Guidant Global.
