Guidant Global shortlisted for MSP of the Year at the APSCo OutSource Awards for Excellence

We’re delighted to announce that Guidant Global has been shortlisted in the MSP of the Year category at the inaugural APSCo OutSource Awards for Excellence.

These new awards celebrate outstanding achievements in the recruitment outsourcing sector, and will be judged by a panel of carefully selected industry specialists.

The MSP of the Year award recognises the managed service provider that has most consistently provided exceptional service to their customers throughout the past 12 months. We’re joined on the shortlist by NES Fircroft and NHS Professionals.

We’re thrilled to have made the shortlist for this award, in a year when we’ve enjoyed some incredible recognition of our work from the sector.

In June, we received the eTeam Client Service Award at the US TIARA Awards, and this was followed by the Best Use of Technology Award at the European TIARAs in October.

Simon Blockley, CEO of Impellam Global Managed Services, commented:

“The biggest challenge for our business this year has been adjusting to huge changes in the market. We’ve swung from the supply-rich environment we saw at the height of furlough, to a landscape of acute talent scarcity and supply chain crises.

“Throughout all this, our people kept the candidate experience at the heart of their decision-making, acting quickly to ensure nobody was disadvantaged by the shift to remote processes - and keeping that all-important human touch despite a reliance on software and screens.

“I’m so pleased for, and proud of, the team for this recognition. No matter which name is announced as the winner at the awards ceremony, this is a fantastic achievement for all at Guidant Global.”

Congratulations to all of this year’s shortlisted entrants. We look forward to seeing everybody at the awards ceremony in December, and best of luck!
