Simon Blockley listed on SIA’s 2025 Staffing 100 Europe

We are absolutely delighted to announce that Simon Blockley, CEO of Impellam Group’s Workforce and STEM talent solutions across the UK and Ireland, has been named on the prestigious Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 2025 Staffing 100 Europe list for the 8th year in a row.  

This annual recognition, now in its twelfth year, celebrates outstanding leaders who are shaping the future of staffing and workforce solutions across Europe. 

Simon’s inclusion is testament not only to his visionary leadership, but also to the culture of innovation and excellence we nurture at Guidant Global. The Staffing 100 Europe list shines a spotlight on executives who have met the industry’s recent seismic shifts head-on, driving digital transformation, expanding globally, and cultivating inclusive workplaces. 

Throughout 2024, Simon has demonstrated the attributes that set staffing leaders apart. Under his guidance, Impellam Group has achieved an exceptional 98% client retention rate and an impressive 10% portfolio growth. Through strategic AI-driven partnerships and a commitment to delivering tangible results, Simon oversaw £75 million worth of STEM projects, deploying over 700 consultants across 50 active client engagements.  

Simon is also deeply committed to social responsibility and community impact, serving as chair of the Employment Advisory Board for HM Prison Chelmsford, helping to open new doors for rehabilitation and meaningful employment. He is a founding member of the Fair Chance Business Alliance and the Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative (RID), and advocates for veteran support and inclusive hiring practices.
