Simon Blockley features in SIA's list of European Staffing Leaders for third year running

Guidant Global is delighted to announce that for the third year running, our CEO, Simon Blockley, has been featured in SIA’s highly-renowned list of European Staffing Leaders 2019.

Simon, who joined Guidant in 2014 before becoming Managing Director in 2017, and CEO in 2019, is joined by three other Impellam leaders, Lord Michael Ashcroft, Julia Robertson and Claire Marsh. The SIA list celebrates influential Entrepreneurs, CEOs, reformers, lawyers and business people that have made a difference in the world of work.

In October 2018, Impellam merged its US and UK talent acquisition and managed solutions businesses — rebranding them as Guidant Global. Following the merger, Simon became CEO in January 2019. He is now responsible for overseeing the brand on a global basis, which includes 220,000 contingent worker assignments in the field on behalf of 100-plus clients across 80 countries.

Following the announcement, Simon commented:
