Time to hire was significantly decreased, candidate quality improved, and automation reduced the administrative burden, allowing the client to focus on core business activities. Improved efficiency and transparency in recruitment processes also led to a much clearer overview and better decision-making.
Permanent roles were filled in an average of 50 days and contract roles in 10 days, or 15 days for niche skillsets, surpassing previous targets.
Candidate quality improved, with a 2:1 CV to interview ratio and a 2:1 interview to offer ratio, both exceeding the client’s original benchmarks.
The scrum master interview day resulted in three successful placements out of eight vacancies.
Female candidates were placed in eight of the 28 roles filled in Q2 of that year, with strategic plans in development to further this progress.
Automation use meant the administrative burden was significantly reduced, allowing the client to focus on core business activities.
