The regulatory landscape was changing in the UK, including IR35 and other compliance requirements, posing significant risks to workforce management.
To sustain innovation and support business-critical projects, our client needed to rapidly scale hiring for specialised roles in engineering, IT, and digital marketing.
At the same time, digital transformation initiatives demanded new technology stacks, fresh talent, and updated processes to effectively handle surges in direct sales and digital engagement. This dual focus required a robust approach to sourcing niche skills and adapting workforce strategies to meet evolving digital needs.
Guidant Global implemented a comprehensive MSP programme to address the key challenges through the following solutions.
Over the last seven years, the partnership has delivered £8 million+ in cost savings. The contingent headcount is managed at around 240 workers annually, spanning engineering, IT, operations, and more. By the end of 2025, 2,298 contingent assignments had been fulfilled, with specialised permanent recruitment drives yielding 68 IT hires in 2022 alone.
Our ability to deliver across a full spectrum of skills - including engineering and digital - was recognised through an exclusive high-volume permanent recruitment contract in 2022.
In 2025 we have an average of 115 workers engaged on assignments each month.
