Guidant Global supports students with “Ditch the Party” at CWS Summit North America 2023

CWS Summit is one of the largest contingent workforce industry events that Guidant Global were excited to be sponsoring again this year.

It was a fantastic opportunity to meet others looking to optimize their contingent workforce management strategy and help them to address their most pressing concerns, including talent engagement, using technology, risk and compliance, and overcoming skills shortages.

Another highlight of the event was the opportunity to give back to the underserved student community, with our support and sponsorship of the “Ditch the Party” session. A group of high school girls joined us in the exhibit hall, taking the opportunity to meet with workforce industry experts, learning all they could about STEM careers, résumés, interview techniques and networking. This was a fantastic opportunity for our industry to come together in inspiring the next generation of talent!

Headed up by LanceSoft and Guidant Global, 'Ditch the Party' was an event to raise funds towards scholarships to support underserved students in the Dallas area, focusing on creating opportunities so these students can find success regardless of their resources or background. Students are able to apply for the scholarships through essays, demonstrating their drive to make an impact as they enter college and pursue their dreams.
